We are AG Home Interiors, a company registered in England with a registered office at 1 Manor Cottage, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, WD4 8BH.
What information we collect
We receive and store information that you give us using our website or that you provide us by email, telephone or in person at events. This information may be provided when ordering from us and It may include your company name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank / credit card details. Payment can be done by bacs or card, and bank card details are only taken by phone or online, we never take card details over email. We only store your bank card details if given prior written consent by you to do so. However you can request for these details to be removed at any time (via your dedicated account manager).
How we use this information
- To deliver the products you have purchased, send catalogs / samples.
- To contact you in relation to orders place, arrange delivery, keep you informed about new products, in stock items, promotions etc.
- IP addresses are used to identify the location of users, the number of visits from different countries.
Will we share my personal information with anyone else?
If you have a credit account with us your payment / invoice information will be shared with our bank, Barclays, who collect the payment.
In order to complete your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partners including Royal Mail, Parcel Force and their affiliates.
We sometimes share your contact details with event organisers for them to pass on beneficial services (relating to a show we are exhibiting at only), such as VIP invites, discount offers etc.
Marketing & Newsletter
We will contact you via regular email newsletters, with news and promotions. You are able to opt out any time.
In order to make our newsletters more useful and interesting we receive a confirmation when you open and click on any link within an email from us. This option can be disabled in "preferences" accessible via links at the bottom of every newsletter we send you. There's also an "unsubscribe" link there that you're welcome to use if you no longer wish to receive our newsletters.

Your right to access and edit or delete information
You're welcome to access and edit any information we hold about you. You can do it by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you'd like any personal data deleted.
