Deliveries & Returns

UK Deliveries

All deliveries are sent within the UK by Royal Mail, 2nd Class, signed for service and will be delivered 2-3 working days from dispatch, however delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays and/or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate and/or incomplete delivery address provided by you.

European Deliveries

All deliveries to Europe are sent by Royal Mail, International Tracked and signed for service and will be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch,however delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays and/or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate and/or incomplete delivery address provided by you.

USA & Canada Deliveries

All deliveries to the USA and Canada are sent by Royal Mail, International Tracked and signed for service and will be delivered within 5-7 working days from dispatch,however delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays and/or failed deliveries as a result of inaccurate and/or incomplete delivery address provided by you.

All other countries

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases, we are sure you will be. However we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Or in the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at alexisgoodkind@aginteriorsuk.com within 8 days of receiving your purchase, stating your purchase order reference and reason for return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. (Excluding delivery fees) Refunds take up to 5 working days of receiving your return. During busy periods, please allow up to 21 days for your return to be received and processed. Your refund will be issued via the original method of payment.

Please ensure all items are wrapped securely with the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

The customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning items. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt and proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you return any purchases through a recorded delivery service.
